A Brief History
Crown Lifan, almost a decade back, started off as a small shop in the city center of Karachi. With tremendous hard work and sheer dedication, the company became the leading importer of motorcycle spare parts across Pakistan in just a period of two years.
During its infancy period, the company collaborated with the Chinese company Lifan and pooled resources to provide the best quality motorcycle spare parts in Pakistan. It was not until 2005 that Crown Lifan decided to end the collaboration and become independent.
It has maintained its position as a market leader since the year 2005 due to its quality and strong distribution network across Pakistan and now there's no looking back!
Research & Development at CRLF
-- We have a professional, state-of-art R&D lab which focuses on developing Wire harness, assembly boards and its Jig, Carburetor assembly line installation, Electrical components testing bench etc.
-- All necessary inspections of claim parts, market complaints and market research are also conducted.
-- Analyses all new samples from different sources and reports their results to all concerned persons. Report our vendors for developments or complains in parts.

Carburetor Department
In carburetor department we are developing our new carburetor assembly line where we are developing CG 125 and CD70 carburetors, around 20 workers will work on each line, around 20 pneumatic presses and hand tools will be used.
For error free products, our workers and our senior manager Mr Akbar Haji Saleh continuously test all carburetors on proper testing instruments because we want to give best quality to our customers.
Wire Harness Department In wire harness department in the supervision of senior manager Mr Akbar Haji Saleh we are manufacturing wire harnesses of CDI and Star models; in our wiring we are using 100% copper wire and Lux for better flow of current and long life. We are insulating our wiring properly for safety of our customer. Before dispatching any wire harness in market we are properly testing all of them for defect free product.
CRLF Marketing Team Our Survey team visits the market technicians on a daily basis. They visit each shop in a specific area and take a complete survey. The technicians fill up a survey form in which they specify if they have any problems with any of our products. Apart from that, our team analyses the market in order to get a better understanding of our brand in comparison to other brands. Our team gives our customers various promotional items and gifts and also inform them about new schemes and offers.
Our In-House Call Center Our In-house Call Center works as a customer relationship management center where we ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and our services. The call center resolves all sorts of complaints, answers queries and offers promotional schemes to ensure 100% satisfaction of our customers. It also ensures that our survey team has visited the shop dealers and has given them various gifts like T-shirts, caps, pens, CRLF note pads, wall clocks and other souvenirs.
CRLF - A Knowledge Bank TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Crown Motor Company (Pvt) Ltd (CMC) In April 2002, Lifan Group China made an agreement with Crown-Lifan's Group Karachi, planning ahead to form a company named "CROWN MOTORCYCLE COMPANY". Within a time period of 2 years, the trademark "CROWN LIFAN" (CRLF) became a very renowned brand in genuine market. This was in itself a proof of the supreme quality of CRLF and its economical standard.
Due to the high demand of CRLF parts in the market, Crown group decided to launch CRLF motorcycle in 2005. These motorcycles are made from CRLF parts and are highly demanded by the end consumer due to the high quality and reasonable price.
